What this policy covers
This policy covers the Millet Nutrition website and any enquiry or booking made through it. It explains what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.
Information collected
Millet Nutrition collects the information you choose to submit through the contact and booking forms on this site: your name, your email address, and anything you write in the message field. If you book a call, the scheduling tool you connect will also record the date and time you choose.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver sessions you have booked, and to send you material you have explicitly asked for. It is not used for advertising and it is not sold.
Who it is shared with
Information is shared only with the services needed to run the practice, for example Calendly for scheduling, Mailchimp for email and Stripe for payments. Each of those holds data under its own terms. It is otherwise not shared with third parties.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are read. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years in line with National Association of Functional Nutrition Practitioners guidance. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent for future contact. Write to the address below and allow 30 days for a reply.
