Nutrition should make your life simpler, not more complicated.

The Story
Why This Practice Exists.
I spent years watching people move between diets, each one ending in the same place. What was missing was never willpower. It was context.
After training in nutrition science and years spent on digestion, energy and metabolic health, one pattern kept repeating. The plans that worked were never the strictest. They were the ones that fit.
So nothing starts with a protocol. Every conversation starts with your week.
The best nutrition plan is not the strictest one. It is the one you are still following six months from now.
